Quanome Technologies (QNME) announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary XDT Infrastructure I received a US$13.5 million enterprise customer prepayment. This is the first payment toward a prepayment payable in tranches tied to server procurement milestones. XDT intends to use it substantially for servers and the build-out of dedicated AI computing capacity.
The customer's initial order carries a 60-month commitment from the service-ready date and a total commitment value exceeding US$100 million, payable through fixed monthly fees that are not reduced for below-committed usage. Service commencement remains subject to applicable service-start conditions. Two purchase agreements each cover 32 GPU server units at approximately US$18.8 million apiece. Delivery to a designated U.S. data center is expected, subject to commercial, supply-chain and operational conditions.
Quanome Technologies (QNME) secured its first enterprise AI services customer through subsidiary XDT, with an initial commitment exceeding $100 million. XDT, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, signed a Master Services Agreement and initial Order to provide dedicated computing capacity. The service supports AI inference, meaning trained models processing new information and generating outputs, while XDT manages the underlying systems.
The initial Order runs for 60 months from the service-ready date. XDT expects service to begin within approximately two months, subject to service-start conditions. Separately, Quanome agreed to purchase 32 additional GPU server units for approximately US$18.8 million. Delivery is expected at a designated U.S. data center, subject to commercial and operational conditions.
Quanome Technologies (Nasdaq: QNME) entered into a revolving loan agreement with CEO and Chairman Yang Li for up to $15 million. The arrangement provides a potential source of non-dilutive growth capital for its quantum-focused priorities. Approved advances bear interest at 6.0% per annum. Repaid amounts may be borrowed again during the draw period, subject to repayment terms and Li's approval of each borrowing request. Proceeds will fund working capital and general corporate purposes.
The Board's Audit Committee independently reviewed and approved the transaction. Quanome's strategy covers Quantum and AI Systems, Quantum Life Sciences - Molecular Discovery, Advanced Nuclear, and Quantum-Safe Cybersecurity. It is developing its XDT AI cloud business and recently announced an infrastructure purchase agreement as an initial step toward a planned first U.S. AI infrastructure hub.
Quanome Technologies (QNME) has entered into an approximately US$18.8 million purchase agreement for NVIDIA GPU-powered computing infrastructure to build its AI cloud business via subsidiary XDT Infrastructure I, LLC.
The agreement, signed on September 16, 2026, marks the initial step in Quanome’s phased development of XDT, which is intended to provide managed access to AI computing capacity for business clients. Customers are expected to be able to develop and run AI applications, process complex data and scale capacity without investing in their own infrastructure. The company views XDT as a potential source of recurring revenue from computing services, with further investment to be paced by customer demand, available funding and operational readiness. Quanome expects its first U.S. AI infrastructure hub to be operational from Q4 2026, subject to delivery and deployment.
