FOREWARN, LLC, a provider of real-time information solutions for real estate agents, has announced a partnership with the Northwestern Wisconsin Multiple Listing Service (NWWMLS) to offer its services to over 1,100 REALTOR® members. The FOREWARN platform enhances agent safety by allowing users to verify identities, search criminal histories, and validate client information with just a phone number. Starting May 15, 2020, NWWMLS members will receive instructions to activate their FOREWARN subscriptions at no extra cost.

BOCA RATON, Fla., May 15, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- FOREWARN, LLC, a red violet company (NASDAQ: RDVT), and the leading provider of real-time information solutions for real estate agents, today announced that the Northwestern Wisconsin Multiple Listing Service, Inc. (“NWWMLS”) has contracted to make FOREWARN® services available for the 1,100+ REALTOR® members it serves in an effort to promote proactive real estate agent safety.
Available both online and through a mobile application, FOREWARN analyzes billions of data points and provides users with the ability to mitigate risks by verifying identity, searching for criminal histories, and validating information provided by potential clients such as financial and asset information -- using just a phone number. FOREWARN allows agents to properly and safely plan for showings with a higher level of confidence.
The FOREWARN services purchased by NWWMLS will be available to NWWMLS’s entire 1,100+ real estate agent membership at no additional cost to individual agents.
