EDMONTON, Alberta, Oct. 01, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Regenx Tech Corp., (the "Corporation" or "Regenx") (CSE: RGX) (OTCQB: RGXT) (FSE: YRS WKN: A2DSW3) announces that, further to its news releases dated July 24, 2025 and September 16, 2025, the management cease trade order granted on July 30, 2025 (the “MCTO”), by its principal regulator, the Alberta Securities Commission (the “ASC”) has expired and the ASC has issued a cease trade order against Regenx effective October 1, 2025, for failing to file audited annual financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis and annual certifications for the year ended March 31, 2025 (collectively, the “Annual Filings”) within the time period prescribed by securities regulation. In addition, as a result of the cease trade order, the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization imposed a halt of trading of Regenx’s common shares on October 1, 2025. The Corporation currently anticipates completing and filing the Annual Filings on or before October 29, 2025, with the interim filings for the period ended June 30, 2025, to follow shortly thereafter.
