NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Office Properties Income Trust (Nasdaq: OPI) today announced that it has elected Timothy Pohl to its Board of Trustees as an Independent Trustee, effective immediately.

Timothy Pohl is the founder of TRP Advisors, LLC, where he advises companies, financial institutions and private equity firms on distressed situations, portfolio challenges and acquisition opportunities. Prior to founding TRP Advisors, he was a Managing Director in the Restructuring and Capital Solutions Group at Lazard, Freres & Co.
