RXO (NYSE: RXO) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $1.77 billion, up from $1.42 billion in 2025, with gross margin of 13.9% versus 17.8%. The company recorded a GAAP net loss of $9 million, unchanged year over year, including $13 million of transaction, integration, restructuring and other costs.
Adjusted net income was $10 million (vs. $7 million) and adjusted EBITDA was $40 million (vs. $38 million), for a 2.3% margin. Brokerage volume rose 2% year over year, with truckload spot mix at 42%, up from 33% in Q1 2026 and up 1,500 basis points year over year, driving the strongest sequential gross profit per load growth in four years. For third-quarter 2026, RXO expects adjusted EBITDA of $35–$45 million and low-to-mid-single-digit Brokerage volume growth year over year, with sequential growth in truckload gross profit per load.

RXO (NYSE: RXO) reported that its proprietary Curve truckload spot rate index reached its highest level in more than four years, excluding fuel.
In the first quarter, Curve-measured spot rates rose 16.5% year-over-year, accelerating from 5.2% in Q4 2025, with second-quarter rates through May 15 tracking even higher amid tightening carrier capacity and muted shipper demand.
RXO (NYSE: RXO) updated its brokerage outlook, now expecting May truckload gross profit per load to outperform typical seasonality and be at least flat with April, reversing earlier expectations for a decline.
