From juggling three jobs to self-funding her way to train in Spain, Sarah turned dreams into reality by finally breaking into the top 1% of players who break fresh onto the prestigious Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) rankings annually. This was achieved 15 years after picking up a tennis racket, 5 of which were spent competing solo on the World Tour.

Sarah’s story is far from over. Recently selected as a fellow of the U.S. State Department’s Global Sports Mentorship Program (GSMP), Sarah continues upward in her trajectory of making Singapore proud as 1 of 16 women identified as emerging global female leaders in sport.
