WISeSat.Space (Nasdaq: SAIQ) closed a $10 million private investment in public equity from SEALSQ (Nasdaq: LAES) on October 1, 2026.
The financing closed concurrently with the Business Combination at $10.79 per share, equal to the redemption price. Both companies are WISeQey subsidiaries. WISeSat plans to use the capital to advance satellite infrastructure and integrate post-quantum cryptography, security designed to address future quantum-computing threats, into satellite, ground and user systems. The collaboration is expected to support SEALSQ’s planned services using WISeSat’s satellite capacity.
Price protection may require up to 1,073,216 additional ordinary shares for SEALSQ if the volume-weighted average share price over the 10 consecutive trading days ending on the 60th calendar day after closing falls below the purchase price. SEALSQ is subject to customary lock-up restrictions.
