Epson has announced its latest multifunction hybrid POS receipt printer, the OmniLink TM-H6000VI, touted as the fastest in the industry. The printer offers high-speed printing up to 500 mm/sec and a 99.9% MICR accuracy for efficient check processing. Designed for retailers, grocers, and financial institutions, it supports traditional POS terminals and mobile devices, with advanced features such as paper-saving options, remote status monitoring, and online ordering capabilities. The OmniLink TM-H6000VI, replacing previous models TM-H6000V and TM-H2000, will be available through Epson's partners in July 2024.

Epson has unveiled the ELPCS01 Mobile Projector Cart, designed for the PowerLite 810E and 815E projectors, to cater to modern educational and corporate environments. The cart allows for easy setup of portable displays, providing flexibility for collaborative learning and meeting spaces. It can project a 100- to 160-inch image from just inches away, and features built-in wired/wireless networking, 5,000 lumens brightness, and a convenient control panel. The cart also includes storage space, versatile connectivity options, and mobility features with locking casters. Available in late 2024, the cart is priced at $1,999 MSRP ($1,799 Brighter Futures), while the projectors are $3,299 MSRP ($2,999 Brighter Futures).

Epson America has introduced two new A4 color multifunction printers (MFPs), the WorkForce Enterprise AM-C550 and AM-C400, to its business print portfolio. These printers feature speeds of up to 55 ISO ppm for the AM-C550 and 40 ISO ppm for the AM-C400, providing high performance and reliability.

Powered by PrecisionCore technology, these MFPs offer low energy consumption, reduced maintenance, and minimized machine downtime. They are designed for versatility, capable of being configured as desktop or floor-standing units. Both models include a 10.1-inch color touchscreen and advanced security features, making them suitable for a range of office environments.

The AM-C550 and AM-C400 are compatible with industry-leading third-party solutions and the full Epson Solutions Suite. They also feature high-performance scanning speeds and remarkable image quality with DURABrite Pro pigment ink. The new MFPs are available through authorized BusinessFirst dealers.

Epson America announced the integration of its legacy business printing solutions with Microsoft's Universal Print via a bridge that simplifies remote print support and printer fleet management. The integration allows remote employees to print seamlessly to home or shared office printers and provides IT administrators with visibility and management capabilities. The bridge supports all Epson business inkjet printers/MFPs compatible with Epson Connect. Epson's recent office printers already support Universal Print natively, ensuring high image quality, productivity, affordability, and low energy consumption with PrecisionCore Heat-Free technology. Epson has launched its new ColorWorks CW-C8000 label printer, designed for mid- to high-volume color label production. The CW-C8000 offers fast, high-quality printing with advanced features like PrecisionCore Heat-Free technology, durable UltraChrome DL inks, and high-yield ink packs. It's aimed at multiple industries including warehousing, logistics, and product ID. The printer supports speeds up to 12 inches per second and includes advanced connectivity options such as Epson Cloud Solution PORT and Wi-Fi. The CW-C8000 will be available in the U.S. and Canada in summer 2024 through authorized partners.

Epson, a leading projector brand, is set to showcase its new lineup of 3-chip 3LCD 4K laser projectors at InfoComm 2024 in Las Vegas from June 12-14. The range includes models for large venues, immersive spaces, and architectural applications. These projectors boast high pixel density, vibrant colors, and deep blacks, thanks to Epson's 4K Crystal Motion technology and high native contrast ratio.

Among the highlights are the world's smallest and lightest 10,000- and 20,000-lumen 4K projectors, offering up to 20,000 hours of virtually maintenance-free operation. Additionally, Epson will feature its PowerLite 810E and 815E extreme short-throw projectors and the lightweight PowerLite L Series with 4K enhancement technology.

The event will also celebrate Epson's partnership with Cirque du Soleil, aimed at expanding storytelling through innovative projection. New tools and accessories such as the PixAlign ELPEC01 Camera and projector management software will be introduced, enhancing installation ease and fleet management.

With summer approaching, Epson introduces the EpiqVision Mini EF12 Smart Streaming Laser Projector, offering up to $300 off MSRP and a free custom travel case ($49.99 value). The portable projector can enhance outdoor cinema experiences without requiring a screen and features the Android TV interface, built-in Chromecast, and Yamaha audio with Dolby Audio. The promotion runs through summer, available online and select retailers. According to Kenny Tang, product manager, the projector can create lasting family memories with its versatile and immersive capabilities.

Epson has launched the SureColor F1070, a hybrid printer designed for direct-to-garment (DTG) and direct-to-film (DTFilm) printing. It targets garment decorators, entrepreneurs, and print service providers, offering high-quality output and ease of use. The printer features Epson’s PrecisionCore MicroTFP printhead and UltraChrome DG2 inks, providing vibrant colors and detailed prints. With a compact design, it's equipped with automatic garment height adjustment and a cartridge-free ink pack system for uninterrupted printing. The SureColor F1070 is now available through Epson Authorized Professional Imaging Resellers for $7,495.
