Scorpio Gold (SGLD, SRCRF) reported results from eight Manhattan drill holes, including a Goldwedge interval grading 2.94 grams of gold per tonne.
Hole 26MN-124 returned that grade over 36.42 metres from 169.62 metres, including 19.33 g/t over 4.27 metres. Hole 26MN-125 returned 24.85 g/t over 1.22 metres from 150.88 metres. At Black Mammoth, hole 26MN-121 returned 1.37 g/t over 17.07 metres. Zanzibar Trend hole 26MN-122 returned 1.18 g/t over 17.10 metres and 1.48 g/t over 9.48 metres.
Phase Two drilling totals 122 holes and 35,844 metres; assays remain pending for seven holes totaling 2,465 metres. Scorpio is investigating a potential Goldwedge underground restart and plans sonic drilling before the end of October to initially test historic heap-leach material, tailings and a low-grade stockpile. Reported intervals lack sufficient geological information to estimate true widths.
Scorpio Gold (SGLD, SRCRF) has commenced diamond core drilling at the April Fool Target following geological mapping and selective surface sampling. This is the target's first systematic drill program at the Manhattan Project. Of 48 selective rock chip and grab samples, all but one contained detectable gold; three exceeded 40 grams per tonne (g/t), with a reported peak of 59 g/t.
The company interprets April Fool's geological setting as similar to the Zanzibar Trend, where previously reported drilling returned 3.14 g/t gold over 49.62 metres and 12.78 g/t over 5.91 metres. The new holes will test mineralization along rock layers and faults, including their intersections. Scorpio expects first assays by the end of October. Selective samples do not establish mineralization's grade, width or continuity. Limited company quality controls mean these assays are considered adequate only for target generation and drill planning.
Scorpio Gold (SGLD) has engaged SLR International to design and execute a sonic drilling and metallurgical test program at its 100%-owned Manhattan District Project in Nevada to evaluate reprocessing of historic surface material.
The Program targets four facilities: heap leach pad, tailings storage facilities, waste dump and a historic low-grade stockpile, all consisting of already-mined material at surface. Phase 1 plans about 35 vertical sonic drill holes, with 0.5–1.0 m sampling intervals and head characterization work (gold and silver assays, sulfur analysis and cyanide shake tests) to assess grade, variability, oxidation and cyanide amenability. If results indicate potential economic value and drill spacing is adequate, Phase 2 would see SLR complete a Mineral Resource Estimate for this surface material, incremental to Manhattan’s existing Maiden MRE of 18,343,000 tonnes at 1.26 g/t gold (740,000 oz inferred). The surface material is not currently categorized as a mineral resource or reserve.
Scorpio Gold (SGLD) reports that the trading halt imposed earlier on September 2, 2026, was applied in error and that it has requested trading in its common shares and American Depositary Shares to resume.
Scorpio Gold holds a 100% interest in the Manhattan District in Nevada’s Walker Lane Trend, covering approximately 4,780 hectares. The district includes the advanced exploration-stage Goldwedge Mine and four past-producing pits acquired from Kinross in 2021. The company highlights the area’s over 140,000 metres of historical drilling, resource potential, and existing permitting and water rights. Scorpio Gold is listed on Nasdaq, TSXV, OTCQB and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under various symbols linked to SGLD and SRCRF.
Scorpio Gold (SGLD) reported new Phase Two drill results from four holes at the Manhattan District Project in Nevada, focused on the Goldwedge, Zanzibar Trend and Moriah targets.
At Goldwedge, hole 26MN-115 cut 3.02 g/t gold over 48.92 m from 118.87 m, including 19.29 g/t over 5.24 m from 151.79 m, plus 5.14 g/t over 10.15 m from 173.58 m and 0.46 g/t over 16.70 m from 210.92 m. Hole 26MN-118 intersected 1.19 g/t gold over 99.94 m from 98.61 m, including 5.13 g/t over 4.18 m, as well as 0.58 g/t over 9.60 m from 59.28 m and 0.25 g/t over 8.14 m from 227.38 m.
Along the Zanzibar Trend, hole 26MN-116 returned 0.93 g/t gold over 22.16 m from 95.71 m, 0.87 g/t over 4.05 m from 166.33 m, and 0.84 g/t over 25.05 m from 205.07 m. At Moriah, first‑pass hole 26MN-113 did not encounter significant gold mineralization. Scorpio Gold has completed 114 Phase Two diamond drill holes totaling 32,585 m, with assays now reported for 107 holes totaling 30,889 m and results pending from 7 holes totaling 1,696 m, all testing within and beyond the Inferred Resource Constraining Pit.
Scorpio Gold (NASDAQ: SGLD) began trading its American Depositary Shares (ADSs) on the NASDAQ Capital Market under ticker SGLD, effective at the market open on September 1, 2026. Each ADS represents 20 common shares, which continue to trade on the TSX Venture (SGLD), OTCQB (SRCRF) and Frankfurt (RY9).
The ADS program is administered by BNY Mellon, which issues and cancels ADSs based on broker instructions. Shareholders may optionally convert common shares into ADSs, or ADSs back into common shares, at any time. ADS issuance fees are waived until November 25, 2026, after which a fee of US$5.00 per 100 ADSs applies.
