SANGRIX (SGRX) announced that its Malaysian AI infrastructure servers are scheduled for delivery during the week of November 3, 2026.
The 16 servers contain 128 NVIDIA B300 GPUs. The schedule, relayed by seller PT MITRA MANUNGGAL SANGKARA from a manufacturer update, replaces the original third-quarter 2026 expectation. Inspection, racking and testing are expected to take approximately one additional week after delivery. Production deployment depends on successful commissioning and applicable acceptance requirements.
The project was originally announced as an approximately US$11 million acquisition, with previously executed customer deployment and hosting arrangements. Delivery timing remains subject to the manufacturer’s logistics schedule.
SANGRIX (SGRX) launched a new corporate and investor relations website, logo and investor contact details as part of its AI infrastructure transition.
The company, formerly known as Bit Origin, is now using https://sangrix.ai/ as its main site, with investor information centralized at https://sangrix.ai/investors and a new investor email, ir@sangrix.ai. The refreshed visual identity highlights SANGRIX’s evolving focus on GPU computing, server leasing, storage infrastructure and related services. The new logo, featuring a grid of interconnected nodes and the tagline “Powering Intelligence,” is intended to reflect the role of computing, data, networking and energy in AI infrastructure. SANGRIX continues to advance its AI infrastructure strategy while managing existing digital asset holdings and legacy operations.
SANGRIX (SGRX) sold 3,000,000 Dogecoin on September 7, 2026, generating approximately US$267,665 in gross proceeds to support working capital and its transition toward AI computing infrastructure.
The sale was executed in two transactions of 1,500,000 DOGE each at a weighted average price of about US$0.089221667 per DOGE, before fees. DOGE’s USD daily closing price rose about 10.7% over the seven days ended September 6, 2026, based on CoinGecko data, which is given as market context. SANGRIX plans to use net proceeds for general working capital and planned AI infrastructure expenditures and may consider further DOGE sales depending on market conditions, liquidity needs and capital allocation priorities.
