State Street Investment Management (NYSE: STT) plans to close and liquidate three ETFs following a review of its lineup: State Street SPDR S&P Kensho Intelligent Structures ETF (SIMS), State Street SPDR S&P Kensho Smart Mobility ETF (HAIL) and State Street Nuveen Municipal Bond ETF (MBND).

The last day for creations and redemptions is February 17, 2027, with trading on NYSE Arca (SIMS, HAIL) and Cboe BZX (MBND) suspended at the market open on February 18, 2027. Each fund is expected to cease operations and liquidate its assets on or about February 23, 2027, with liquidation proceeds scheduled to be sent to shareholders on or about February 24, 2027. According to State Street, the firm manages over $6 trillion in assets as of June 30, 2026.
