BEACHWOOD, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- SITE Centers Corp. (NYSE: SITC), an owner of open-air shopping centers, today announced a special cash distribution on its common shares of $1.00 per common share payable on November 14, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 31, 2025.
