(CSE: SRAN) (OTCQB: SRANF) ("Sranan" or the "Company") confirms that it has completed the filing of its annual audited financial statements, management's discussion and analysis, and CEO and CFO certifications for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2025 (collectively, the "Required Filings"), and its interim financial statements for the first quarter ended December 31, 2025.
The Required Filings were made in connection with the management cease trade order (the "MCTO") issued by the Alberta Securities Commission, as principal regulator for the Company, on January 29, 2026, which restricted trading in securities of the Company by Sranan's CEO and CFO, until the Required Filings were completed.
