News Explained

The June 30 meeting approved a larger share-award reserve, but the release reports no immediate issuance or ownership change.

At the June 30, 2026 annual meeting, all proposed resolutions passed, including approval of an increased maximum reserve of 9,949,048 common shares under Stardust Solar Energy’s Omnibus Plan.

The approval raises the number of common shares authorized to be reserved for share unit awards; it is an authorization under the plan, not a report that shares were issued at the meeting.

The disclosed structural change is therefore a larger potential share reserve, while any effect on existing ownership would depend on awards and subsequent share issuance that the release does not specify.
