TFI International Signs Agreement to Acquire APPS Transport Group
Strategic Acquisition of Less-Than-Truckload and Intermodal Truckload Carrier

MONTREAL, Aug. 28, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TFI International Inc. (NYSE and TSX: TFII), a North American leader in the transportation and logistics industry, today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire APPS Transport Group (“APPS”). Established in 1985 and headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, APPS primarily provides Less-Than-Truckload service, as well as Truckload, Warehousing, Distribution, and specialized Logistics solutions within Ontario and throughout Canada. The company serves the retail, consumer goods, automotive supply, food and beverage, industrial and commercial supply, and wire and cable industries.
