(TSXV: WEC) (the "Company") is pleased to announce, further to its press release dated October 3, 2025, that the secured convertible promissory note (the "Promissory Note") provided to Selma House LLC ("Selma"), has been repaid in full.

Background

As previously disclosed, the Company made a loan of up to USD$2,000,000 to Selma, an arm's length company in the business of real estate investment and private credit. The Promissory Note was due and payable on October 2, 2026, bearing and interest rate of 10%.
