UBS (UBS) announced the opening of a new Ann Arbor, Michigan office and the addition of a five-person advisor team, the Mueting Lyczak Group, who joined from Merrill Lynch. The multigenerational team includes Financial Advisors Mark Mueting, Dan Lyczak, Dan Fisher and associates Jennifer Kempf and Grant Hulett.

The office at 315 E. Eisenhower Parkway, Suite 11, Ann Arbor, MI 48108 will be managed by Market Director Joe Molloy and is part of UBS Great Lakes Wealth Management under Market Executive Geoffrey Centner.

UBS announced the hiring of Financial Advisor Robert (Bob) Lauer in Franklin, Tennessee, effective October 16, 2025. Lauer and his team join UBS South Market and will report to Market Director Ryan McCann within the firm’s Southeast Region led by Julie Fox.

Bob brings more than two decades of financial services experience, including over 19 years at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in Franklin and Chicago. He advises high‑net‑worth business owners and families on comprehensive financial planning, cash flow management and investment matters, and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with a bachelor’s from Western Illinois University. Client Service Associate Heather Pollina is also joining the team.

UBS (NYSE:UBS) announced that Wise River Advisors, a Los Angeles–based advisor team, was named to Barron’s Top 250 Private Wealth Management Teams for 2025, ranking #41. The team serves ultra-affluent individuals, families, partnerships, endowments, and foundations across Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego and has operated for more than 20 years. Team leads Mark Binder, Craig Chiate, Glenn Oratz and Scott Brown hold the Family Office Consultant designation at UBS. UBS (UBS) presents Icons of Time, a public horology exhibition curated by Ben Clymer of Hodinkee, running October 9–10, 2025 in New York City. The show displays twelve landmark timepieces representing nearly 100 years of watchmaking from A. Lange & Söhne, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Casio, F.P. UBS (NYSE:UBS) has expanded its strategic partnership with Domino Data Lab through a significant equity investment, marking a deepening of their five-year collaboration in enterprise AI development. The partnership centers on scaling RiskLab, UBS's AI model development and validation platform built on Domino's technology.

As part of the agreement, a UBS representative will join Domino Data Lab's Board as an observer. The expanded collaboration aims to streamline AI model development across UBS, focusing on secure, collaborative, and auditable AI solutions while maintaining robust governance and risk management practices.

UBS (NYSE:UBS) has announced the quarterly coupon payment for its ETRACS Alerian MLP Index ETN Series B (NYSE Arca: AMUB). The ETN will distribute a coupon amount of $0.3094 with a current annualized yield of 6.42%.

The payment schedule includes key dates: coupon valuation date of August 15, 2025, ex-date and record date of August 28, 2025, with the payment date set for September 8, 2025. The coupon payments are made quarterly, though investors should note that future payments are not guaranteed.
