UBS (NYSE:UBS) announced changes to its Group Executive Board effective 1 January 2026. Beatriz Martin will assume the expanded role of Group Chief Operating Officer and Group Technology will report into the Group COO portfolio. Mike Dargan will step down as Group Chief Operations and Technology Officer at the end of December to pursue an opportunity outside UBS. Pending a permanent successor, Chris Gelvin will serve as interim Head Group Technology while keeping his current role as Chief Operating Officer, Group Technology.
The firm said adding Group Technology to the Group COO remit aims to support end-to-end operations, prioritize technology and artificial intelligence initiatives, and complete the remaining technology integration. Changes remain subject to regulatory approval.
UBS (UBS) announced on December 3, 2025 that Justin Frame, Managing Director and Market Executive for the Pacific Desert Market, has been given additional responsibility for the UBS Tucson, Arizona office.
Since June 2020 Frame has led the Pacific Desert Market across 15 offices (Southern California, San Diego, Inland Empire, Hawaii, Arizona), oversees more than 270 Financial Advisors managing over $118 billion in client assets, and will split his time between Southern California and Arizona. Frame is a Certified Financial Planner, Certified Exit Planning Advisor, and a University of Arizona Eller College of Management alumnus.
