STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- United Rentals, Inc. (NYSE: URI) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.97 per share, payable on August 26, 2026 to stockholders of record as of August 12, 2026.
