StablecoinX (USDE) will participate in the 28th Annual H.C. Wainwright Global Investment Conference in New York City on September 14–16, 2026. Newly appointed CEO Christopher Jensen and other members of the leadership team plan to host one-on-one investor meetings at the Lotte New York Palace Hotel. The conference will be Jensen’s first formal investor engagement since becoming Chief Executive Officer on September 8, 2026. Investors are invited to schedule meetings through their H.C. Wainwright representative or a dedicated conference email.
StablecoinX (USDE) appointed Christopher Jensen as Chief Executive Officer and director, effective immediately, on September 8, 2026.
Jensen, a longtime institutional investor and founding member of Franklin Templeton’s digital asset group launched in 2018, will lead day-to-day operations across StablecoinX’s three business lines: Infrastructure Services, Infrastructure Software, and Distribution Services. He will also oversee the company’s treasury strategy, which is anchored by approximately 3.03 billion ENA tokens, described as roughly 20% of total supply, making StablecoinX the largest corporate holder of Ethena’s governance token.
Outgoing CEO and co-founder Ted Chen, who led the company through its June 2026 public listing, remains Chairman of the Board, focusing on long-term vision, capital markets positioning, and the strategic relationship with Ethena.
StablecoinX (Nasdaq: USDE) reported its first quarter as a public company for the period ended June 30, 2026, following completion of its business combination with TLGY Acquisition on June 25. Class A shares and warrants began trading on Nasdaq on June 26 under “USDE” and “USDEW.”
StablecoinX built an ENA treasury of about 3.0 billion tokens, valued at $218.4 million as of June 30, 2026, or roughly $9.09 per share, within total assets of $232.6 million, including $18.9 million in cash. The company generated $62,372 in Infrastructure Services revenue in the last two weeks of June but recorded a quarterly net loss of $34.2 million, largely driven by $36.2 million of impairment on digital intangible assets.
Operationally, its Decentralized Verifier Node surpassed $3.0 billion in cumulative verified cross-chain volume and over 10,000 messages, and the initial phase of the StablecoinX Harness middleware platform launched in early July, with the first client signed on July 10, 2026.
StablecoinX (Nasdaq: USDE) launched StablecoinX Harness, a middleware platform that unifies stablecoin operations into a single API integration. Organizations can accept major stablecoins, convert them to sUSDe for staking rewards, and route funds to preferred destinations.
The initial release supports same-chain swaps and cross-chain transfers, with planned features including unified liquidity aggregation, multi-stable treasury tools, issuance-as-a-service, automated yield strategies, and compliance-focused intelligence layers. StablecoinX Harness is available immediately to design partners and early integrators.
StablecoinX (Nasdaq: USDE) completed its business combination with TLGY Acquisition and will begin trading on Nasdaq on June 26, 2026. The company holds about 3,029 million ENA tokens valued near $275 million and approximately 24 million Class A shares outstanding.
StablecoinX operates a live Decentralized Verifier Node for the Ethena ecosystem and is developing its Stablecoin Harness middleware and institutional distribution businesses. Its ENA treasury represents roughly 20% of total ENA supply, acquired at discounts under a long-term collaboration with the Ethena Foundation.
