Flyte Aviation (NYSE American: VJET) changed its corporate name from Catheter Precision and its ticker from VTAK, effective October 5, 2026. The rebranding marks a repositioning around private aviation and its AI-driven booking platform.
Flyte plans to expand its customer network, aircraft fleet and geographic reach. During fourth-quarter 2026, it plans to invest in website and mobile application development, AI data analytics and customer acquisition. Its longer-term strategy includes connecting participants across North American private aviation, with potential acquisitions and technology development among its growth options.
Flyte says its Life Sciences operations will not be capital constrained or downsized as it directs capital toward aviation growth. It also commits to continued funding of multiple ongoing research trials and studies.
