VSBLTY Groupe Technologies (CSE: VSBY) announced a platform licensing partnership with QuadGen Wireless Solutions for Indian government smart city and public safety deployments. QuadGen has secured a license covering VSBLTY’s operational intelligence software and edge box, which processes data near its source. The companies co-developed and customized the platform for law enforcement and public safety requirements in India.
The revenue model combines upfront perpetual licensing fees for each deployment with recurring software-update, managed-services support and per-node fees. QuadGen brings domestic manufacturing facilities and an existing government infrastructure footprint. The partnership is positioned to convert its pipeline into contracts; VSBLTY expects deal flow to begin at the end of 2026 and growth in the coming quarters.
