Additionally, the Company will effect a one-for-ten reverse stock split -- as had been approved by stockholders at a Special Meeting of Stockholders April 15, 2026. Every ten shares of common stock will be combined into one share, reducing the outstanding shares from approximately 21.0 million to approximately 2.1 million, with no change to the par value or authorized shares. The reverse stock split will not alter any stockholder’s percentage ownership interest, except for the treatment of fractional shares, and proportionate adjustments will be made to outstanding options, warrants and convertible preferred stock. Shares will begin trading with the new name and ticker, on a split-adjusted basis, effective at the opening of trading on Monday, October 5, 2026.The Company’s common stock remains listed on the NYSE American stock exchange and its new CUSIP number following the reverse stock split will be 74933X 807.
