WISeQey (Nasdaq/SIX: WQEY) began trading under its new symbol in connection with its previously announced redomiciliation from Switzerland to the British Virgin Islands. Its subsidiary WISeSat.Space (Nasdaq: SAIQ) also listed on Nasdaq and closed a $10 million private investment in public equity on October 1, 2026, alongside its business combination. Fellow subsidiary SEALSQ (Nasdaq: LAES) invested at $10.79 per share, equal to the business combination redemption price.
Price protection may issue additional WISeSat.Space shares to SEALSQ if the specified post-closing average price falls below the purchase price, subject to a $5.00 floor. WISeSat.Space plans satellite infrastructure expansion and integration of post-quantum cryptography, designed to resist quantum-computer attacks. The investment and planned collaboration are related party transactions; Carlos Moreira is CEO of all three companies.
