Share Buyback Transaction Details June 18 – June 24, 2026

Alphen aan den Rijn – June 25, 2026 - Wolters Kluwer (Euronext: WKL), a global leader in professional information solutions, software and services, today reports that it has repurchased 126,900 of its own ordinary shares in the period from June 18, 2026, up to and including June 24, 2026, for €7.3 million and at an average share price of €57.58.

These repurchases are part of the share buyback program announced on February 25, 2026, under which we intend to repurchase shares for up to €500 million during 2026.

The cumulative amounts repurchased in the year to date under this program are as follows:
