Recent Company History

Recent history shows WhiteFiber using large AI and colocation contracts to underpin its growth strategy. In December 2025, an AI-tagged announcement of a 10-year, 40 MW colocation agreement at NC-1 with about $865 million in total contract value drove a +17.06% move. That deal featured phased deployment and substantial prior equity investment. Today’s five-year AI compute agreement with total contract value above $160 million and project-level financing continues the focus on sizable, multi-year AI infrastructure commitments, but the share price reacted negatively ahead of this news context.
