Virtus Investment Partners (NYSE: VRTS) introduced two actively managed ETFs managed by Zevenbergen Capital Investments through the conversion of existing Zevenbergen mutual funds, effective August 17, 2026. The Zevenbergen Growth Fund and Zevenbergen Genea Fund were reorganized into the Virtus Zevenbergen Innovative Growth ETF (NYSE Arca: ZINN) and Virtus Zevenbergen Discovery Growth ETF (NYSE Arca: ZDIS), respectively.
According to Virtus, the predecessor funds had AUM of $137.7 million (Growth) and $70.1 million (Genea) as of June 30, 2026. ZCI continues to manage both ETFs, which seek long-term capital appreciation via concentrated, high-growth equity portfolios, and the ETF structure is highlighted for intraday tradability, transparency, and potential tax efficiencies.
