RREEF Property Trust (ZRPTAX, ZRPTIX, ZRPTTX, ZRPTMX, ZRPTUX, ZRPTNX) has had its Board approve a plan of complete liquidation and dissolution, involving the voluntary sale of all company assets and subsequent winding up, subject to stockholder approval at a planned special meeting.
The company intends to distribute net sale proceeds to stockholders at the Board’s discretion after paying liabilities, obligations and expenses, and aims to complete asset sales within 24 months of stockholder adoption of the Plan. The portfolio currently comprises seven real estate investments across five U.S. states in industrial, retail, residential and office sectors. Effective immediately, the company is suspending new share sales, its share redemption plan and its distribution reinvestment plan, while intending to continue monthly distributions subject to Board discretion.
