Item 8.01 Other Events
On November 18, 2025 Joby Aero, Inc. (“Joby”) filed a complaint in the Superior Court of California in Santa Cruz County against Archer Aviation Inc. (the “Company”) and one of its employees asserting claims of trade-secret misappropriation, breach of contract, interference with Joby’s contracts and prospective economic advantage, and related claims around the Company’s recent hiring of a former Joby employee. The Company disputes the allegations in the complaint and intends to vigorously defend itself.
