On September 10, 2025, AECOM announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.26 per share as part of the Company’s ongoing quarterly dividend program. The dividend is payable on October 17, 2025 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 1, 2025. The declaration and payment of future dividends are subject to the sole discretion of the Board of Directors.
