Insights

Dividend distribution across multiple series signals routine cash distribution to holders.

The filing lists series-level cash dividends, for example $0.050 for Fortress and $0.054 for Terrien, all payable to holders of record on June 24, 2026. The schedule and per-series granularity reflect the vehicle's pass-through distribution mechanics as described in the offering materials.

Cash flow to investors depends on series-level allocations and underlying property cash receipts; subsequent reporting (tax forms and the Offering Circular) will provide the accounting basis and any tax characterizations.

Tax reporting will follow standard treatment via Form 1099-DIV after year-end.

The issuer states shareholders will be issued a Form 1099-DIV following Arrived’s fiscal year. Recipients should consult advisors because dividend characterization for membership interests depends on the fund's income composition and the Offering Circular's tax disclosures.

Settlement timing is noted as up to five business days post-payment; record-date mechanics and settlement windows may affect timing for cash receipt and tax-year reporting.

Form 1099-DIV is a U.S. tax document brokers, mutual funds and other financial institutions send to investors showing dividends and other distributions paid during the year. Investors use it like an annual receipt to report taxable income — including regular dividends, dividends that may qualify for lower tax rates, and capital gains distributions — so it directly affects tax liability and helps reconcile brokerage records with a tax return.
