5.03 Amendment to Articles of Incorporation
On
November 12, 2025, the Company filed an amendment to its governing documents in British Columbia to change its name to AVAX One Technology
Ltd. The Company’s ticker symbol on Nasdaq was changed accordingly as of November 13, 2025 to “AVX”.

November 12, 2025, AVAX One Technology Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its name change and ticker symbol
