Ameriguard Security Services, Inc. respectfully requests an extension of the filing of Form 10-K for the year end December 31, 2025, due to a key member of the finance department resigned and issues with determining the final closing revenue for one of our subsidiaries.

The resignation of our key bookkeeper delayed our finance department’s ability to maintain the day-to-day operations and gather the required data for the audit process. Additionally, one of our subsidiaries provides services for the Department of Veterans Affairs which made a significant change to the invoice system, creating problems with determining the proper revenue cut off of for the year.
