Insights

Akso Health changes auditors with no reported disputes or adverse opinions.

Akso Health Group replaced Onestop Assurance PAC with CHI-LLTC as its independent registered public accounting firm, effective May 12, 2026. The filing emphasizes that the former auditor did not issue adverse opinions or qualifications on the company’s recent financial statements.

The company also states there were no disagreements on accounting principles, disclosure, or audit scope, and no “reportable events” under Item 16F(a)(1)(v) of Form 20-F during the fiscal years ended March 31, 2024 and 2025 and the subsequent interim period. This frames the change as an administrative decision rather than a response to identified problems.
