(the “Company”) published a notice (the “Notice”) that it will hold an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on December 10, 2025, with a record date of October 29, 2025 (the “Record Date”). The Company will distribute a proxy statement (which will include the full version of the proposed resolutions) and a proxy card to all shareholders of record after the Record Date for the Annual Meeting. The Notice is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 herewith.
