São Paulo, Brazil – October 23, 2025 – Ms. Mariana Loyola Ferreira Sgarbi (“Ms. Loyola”) resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Ambipar Emergency Response (the “Company”).
 
The Company is evaluating the appointment of an independent director to fill the vacancy created by Ms. Loyola’s resignation in accordance with the terms of the Amended and Restated Articles of Association of the Company.
