All shares issued by Tregoyd Pty Ltd are beneficially owned by Anglesea Investments Pty Ltd, in its capacity as trustee for the Damien O'Brien Family Trust (the "Trust"). The Reporting Person is the sole director of the Trust and retains 100% control over Tregoyd Pty Ltd and Anglesea Investments Pty Ltd.
