(the “Company”) of his intention to resign from his position as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective November 30, 2025, to pursue another opportunity. Mr. Omiridis’ departure is not due to a conflict or disagreement with the Company or the Company’s operations, policies or procedures.

Mr. Omiridis will continue to serve in his role as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer until November 30, 2025, the effective time of his resignation. The Company plans to commence an executive search for a new Chief Financial Officer. Following Mr. Omiridis’ departure, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, G. Janelle Frost, will assume the duties of principal financial officer and principal accounting officer while the Company conducts a search for a new Chief Financial Officer.
