Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On September 25, 2026, Angel Oak Mortgage REIT, Inc. (the “Company”) and two of its subsidiaries, extended their loan financing facility with a lender, “Multinational Bank 1” in accordance with the terms of the agreement, which contemplates rolling three-month renewals. The loan financing facility had previously been set to expire on September 25, 2026, and has been extended through December 28, 2026. In addition, the interest rate pricing spread was reduced to a range from 1.20% to 2.10%; prior to this extension, the interest rate pricing spread was a range from 1.30% to 2.10%.
