On September 10, 2025, Artisan Partners Asset Management Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting certain information about the Company’s preliminary assets under management as of August 31, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
