Angela Olsen provided notice of her voluntary resignation as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary on August 14, 2025, effective August 22, 2025. Ms. Olsen has confirmed that her departure is not due to a disagreement with the Company or any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
