Argo advances UK court‑supervised restructuring with defined December milestones.

Argo Blockchain has initiated court steps to advance a Part 26A Restructuring Plan, requesting permission to convene creditor and member meetings. This process can amend obligations and issue new securities if approved and sanctioned, providing a formal pathway to recapitalise the company.

The filing lists a convening hearing on November 5, 2025, meetings on December 2, 2025, and a sanction hearing on December 8, 2025. The plan contemplates issuing securities using the Section 3(a)(10) exemption under the U.S. Securities Act, which allows court‑approved exchanges without a Securities Act registration.

Actual outcomes depend on court permissions, creditor/member votes, and the sanction hearing. Subsequent company disclosures will detail any approved terms and securities issued under the plan.
