extraordinary dividend financial
"Payment of the first extraordinary dividend shall be made through the Variable Income"
A one-time cash payment to shareholders that is larger than a company’s regular dividend, usually paid from unusual sources such as asset sales, legal settlements, or excess cash. It matters to investors because it can temporarily boost returns and signal how a company is using rare gains, while also affecting the company’s cash reserves and potentially the stock price much like finding a large, unexpected bonus in your bank account.
Variable Income (Renta Variable) financial
"through the Variable Income (Renta Variable) department of S.D. Indeval, S.A. de C.V."
public–private partnership financial
"the only major airport in the U.S. to have successfully completed a public–private partnership"
A public–private partnership is a formal agreement where a government agency and a private company share responsibility for delivering, funding, operating, or maintaining a public project or service—such as roads, hospitals, or utilities—with risks, payments and duties split between them. It matters to investors because these deals create long-term contracts and revenue streams tied to government objectives and performance, while also exposing returns to political, regulatory and operational risks—like a private firm jointly running a public asset under a multi-year lease.
ADS financial
"On the NYSE in the U.S., where it trades under the symbol ASR. One ADS represents"
Ads are paid promotional messages a company places across media — online, on TV, in print, or on social platforms — to attract customers, explain products, or shape public perception. For investors, ads matter because they drive sales growth, affect how much a company must spend to win customers, and influence brand strength and long-term value. Ads can also create regulatory or reputational risk if claims are misleading, which can affect profits and stock price.
concessions financial
"with a portfolio of concessions to operate, maintain, and develop 16 airports across"
Concessions are deliberate incentives or compromises offered by a seller, issuer, or underwriter—such as price discounts, extra shares, fee reductions, or other sweeteners—to make an investment or transaction more attractive. Like a store marking down an item to entice buyers, concessions matter to investors because they lower expected returns or signal weaker demand, changing the true cost, value and risk of the deal.
