On March 4, 2026, Amtech Systems, Inc. (the “Registrant” or the “Company”) held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, the Company’s shareholders considered three proposals, each of which are described in detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement dated January 23, 2026. As of January 13, 2026, there were 14,394,885 shares of the Company’s common stock issued, outstanding and eligible to vote on the proposals presented at the Annual Meeting. The total number of shares represented in person or by proxy at the Annual Meeting was 10,468,896 or 72.73% of the shares eligible to vote. The voting results for each of the proposals are set forth below.
