On October 30, 2025, Roi Zahut, Chief Technology Officer of Aterian, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his decision to resign, effective November 3, 2025 (the “Effective Date”), to accept another executive position outside the Company. Mr. Zahut is expected to remain in his current position to assist with the transition of his responsibilities through the Effective Date. Mr. Zahut’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
