"notice pursuant to section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)"
underwriting agreement financial
"pursuant to the underwriting agreement announced by the Company on 31 August 2026"
An underwriting agreement is a contract where a company selling new stocks or bonds hires financial firms to buy those securities and resell them to investors. It matters because the agreement sets the offering price, number of securities, fees and which party bears the risk if sales fall short—think of it as a promise that the sale will happen and a roadmap investors can use to understand how the new securities reach the market.
listed options financial
"Company’s ATHO class of listed options exercisable at A$0.50 each"
Listed options are standardized contracts traded on an exchange that give the buyer the right, but not the obligation, to buy or sell a specific stock or other security at a fixed price before a set date. Think of them like exchange-backed coupons that let investors lock in a price, offering a tool for protecting a portfolio, generating income, or making a concentrated bet—with the benefits of transparent pricing and easier trading compared with private contracts.
fully paid ordinary shares financial
"completed the issue of 8,400,000 fully paid ordinary shares (Shares)"
Ordinary shares are the standard class of company stock that give owners rights such as voting and entitlement to dividends; “fully paid” means the buyer has already paid the full purchase price and owes no further money to the company. Think of it like owning a car outright rather than making payments: the holder has the full ownership rights and cannot be asked to pay more if the company needs cash. This matters to investors because it clarifies legal rights, dividend eligibility, and that there is no future liability on those shares.
