On June 27, 2026, this decision was published in the official government gazette of the state of Minas Gerais in Brazil. The expansion permit covers certain additional mining areas beyond those authorized by the operational permit the Company received on October 25, 2024, and formally published in the official gazette of Minas Gerais on October 26, 2024. This licensing authorizes the Company to assemble and operate its lithium processing plant, to process its mined ore at the plant, and to sell the lithium concentrate that it produces. With this expansion permit, the Company is positioned to advance the implementation of its Neves Project as reflected in the Company’s Definitive Feasibility Study.
