In connection with a company-wide reduction, BayFirst Financial Corp. (the “Company”) has eliminated the position of Chief Accounting Officer. Therefore, effective February 13, 2026, Rhonda S. Tudor will no longer be employed with the Company or serve as its principal accounting officer. Scott J. McKim, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will act as the Company’s principal accounting officer following the effective date of Ms. Tudor’s departure.
