São Paulo, February 12, 2026 - Braskem S.A. ("Braskem" or "Company") (Ticker B3: BRKM3, BRKM5 and BRKM6; NYSE: BAK; LATIBEX: XBRK), in response to news reported in the media regarding an alleged default by the Company on obligations with Banco do Brasil in the last quarter of 2025, it clarifies that it does not have, and did not have in 2025, any material financial exposure to Banco do Brasil and that it is in compliance with the financial obligations maintained with such financial institution, with no default having occurred in the said period of 2025.
Braskem informs that it will continue supporting the Shareholders and will keep the market informed about relevant developments, in compliance with applicable laws.
