(B3 Ticker: BRKM3, BRKM5 and BRKM6; NYSE: BAK; LATIBEX: XBRK) ("Braskem" or the "Company"), further to the Material Facts dated August 18, 24 and 28, 2026, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that it was informed of a decision issued by the 2nd Bankruptcy and Judicial Reorganization Court of the Central Civil Court of the Judicial District of São Paulo (the "Extrajudicial Reorganization Court") in the records of the extrajudicial reorganization proceeding of the Company and certain of its subsidiaries (together with the Company, the "Debtors"). The Company has not yet been formally served notice of the decision, which remains pending official publication.
