On January 13, 2026, Concrete Pumping Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
